    With USCIS wait times, I do not blame you for waiting, to eliminate the removal step. Just know it will prolong the naturalization process, if your spouse chooses to become a naturalized citizen. Congratulations!!!

    I just listened to some of James Hacking's podcasts. I think his advice to people is innovative regarding immigration. His candid approach/advice is very refreshing for would be immigrants.. Anyone who has the time should listen to him. Anybody else have any thoughts?

    Congratulations! @JeanneAdilis correct. As long as you stay within the international terminal, you should be fine. They cannot exit, else visa.
