  1. Thx Sandranj for all the support! I had already sent the letter earlier and was returned as my ex was not living there.I also checked with employer with whom my ex was working last and one if his friend too but no body knows . Now should i write the name and date of the person, that i confirmed about my ex. Also so now what should i tell my interviewer if he ask why am i not divorced till now at the time of my interview. Im worried as it’s been 9 years since i saw my ex.Sorry for asking too many questions.🙏
  2. Congratulations !!! YayI’m so happy for you.. Need to know the timeline from start as my case is little complicated . Had to flee back home the. Came back and through all process became PR through vawa in Nov 2019. Applied for citizenship but have not been divorced yet as no money left did all part time jobs till now. Right now unemployed. I fo not if there wud be a problem in my Citizenship interview or they might ask why am i not divorced yet. Is there anyway if i do not know where my husband is and can get divorced. I have no contact with him since 2015. Can someone suggest where i have to file for divorce. I will be so thankful.Pls help!
  3. Hello, long story short got my gc through Vawa applied for citizenship in Oct 2022. I m worried as not filed for divorce yet as can’t locate my husband. I have no idea whether i have to take attorney with me to my citizenship interview as I am not divorced. Also I am unemployed right now and don’t have money to file for it. Will the uscis ask for my divorce.should i be worried?any suggestions are welcome.Thank you.
