As long yoi have DQ email. You are good to go.In my experience dont upload anything.

You have to submit public inquiry with brief details and screenshots of portal. I have same issue. I am waiting on 2nd inquiry response. They send me email that correspondence is inder review and will make appropriate action.

Please check how much is wait time in Nigeria and than plan accordingly. You need to have docs completed from NVC before it goes to any embassy.

I just got response from nvc that correspondence in under review and action will be taken. Dont submit any docs just submit brief inquiry with issue and attach CEAC portal screenshots as evidence. They will fix it. Which embassy you are waiting for interview ?

I have same and same response upon submitting 1st inquiry. Waiting on 2nd inquiry response. Plz keep sahring your responses.

Do i need to submit I-864A along with I-864. I am joint sponsor for my brother in law. My sister lives with me and has no job from last 3 years. My brother also lives with me and has part time job and is dependent on my last 3 tax returns. Although my income is enough to support affidavit, i heard since my brother is in same household and is dependent on my tax return , we must has to sign I-864A. Also if needs to fill I-864 do i have to total his income on my I-864 total household income part. Please assist ?

I need to apply for my brother in law AOS, as of today 3/5 i havent filed my tax return for 2016 as i am still waiting on my w2 from employer. We have to submit AOS within in week due to my brother in law b2 visaexpiration issue. Can i use 2015 tax return as it is my most recent? Please assist.

My Priority date is 7th July 2015 and i am currently in US with valid B2 visa? My wife is Permanent Resident. Please assist?
