    As long yoi have DQ email. You are good to go.In my experience dont upload anything.

    You have to submit public inquiry with brief details and screenshots of portal. I have same issue. I am waiting on 2nd inquiry response. They send me email that correspondence is inder review and will make appropriate action.

    Please check how much is wait time in Nigeria and than plan accordingly. You need to have docs completed from NVC before it goes to any embassy.

    I just got response from nvc that correspondence in under review and action will be taken. Dont submit any docs just submit brief inquiry with issue and attach CEAC portal screenshots as evidence. They will fix it. Which embassy you are waiting for interview ?
