Hello guys,
I had a problem recently with Air Canada on Friday 2nd, I was traveling back from Morocco with my parents, and when I got to thr check in desk, they told me that my parents are required to have an ETA ( electronic travel authorisation ) before they can issue them a plane ticket even though they are connecting planes in Canada to get to the US, I didnot have enough time to do that or look for info, and they didnot help us either over there in the airport. So i ended up leaving my parents and coming on my own since I didnit have enough time to do all these, so I don't know if someone went through the same problem as me, and what is the solution to this problem ?
I am a US citizen, and my parents are coming to the US on IR5 Visa, and the travel company Air Canada failed to inform me about this new law.
