  1. Hello guys, I had a problem recently with Air Canada on Friday 2nd, I was traveling back from Morocco with my parents, and when I got to thr check in desk, they told me that my parents are required to have an ETA ( electronic travel authorisation ) before they can issue them a plane ticket even though they are connecting planes in Canada to get to the US, I didnot have enough time to do that or look for info, and they didnot help us either over there in the airport. So i ended up leaving my parents and coming on my own since I didnit have enough time to do all these, so I don't know if someone went through the same problem as me, and what is the solution to this problem ? I am a US citizen, and my parents are coming to the US on IR5 Visa, and the travel company Air Canada failed to inform me about this new law.
  2. Thank you do much for your reply. So, will their passport be like a temporary proof of resident for one year until they receive their green card? Will the customs stamp a one year resident stamp on their passport ?
  3. Hello, Long story short, me and my parents are flying back to the US together, and I just realized I didnot pay for their green card fees online yet, I totally forgot about that, so my question would they have any issue at the POE ? Can I pay for it once we get to the US? .
  4. I just checked the visa and it did say it,so thank you so much for the clarification.
  5. Hello, I have a question I received today my parents passport with a stamped Visa IR5 Visa category from aramax in Casablanca Morocco but they did not give me a sealed envelope with them, so I am wondering if the US Consulate gives a sealed envelope to each one of them or not to take once they enter the Port of Entry in the US?
  6. Hello guys, I have a question concerning Aremex in casablanca morocco,my parents had the interview done today at the US consulate in Morocco, but they will have their medical done at the end of August, so my question is what are the steps I have to follow now as far as Aremex process for picking up passports after the visa get issued?
  7. Yes, I agree with you, and to me this is the most stupid law that CDC and the US government is doing nowadays.

The reason why I asked because if this declaration https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/end-of-phe.html
  10. Hello, I have a question, is it true that on May 11th the US government will stop requiring to be fully vaccinated by COVID-19 vaccines before you attend medical examination?
  11. Hello, I have a question, My parents are waiting for an interview to be scheduled under visa category IR5 immigration visa, one if them is fully vaccinated and the other is not due to health issues. Under this requirements by CDC, What You Need to Know If you are a non-U.S. citizen who is a nonimmigrant (not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa), you will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before you travel by air to the United States from a foreign country. Why the doctors there in Morocco that were approved by the US embassy to run the medical test requiring the immigrant visa applicants to be fully vaccinated by COVID 19 vaccination before attending the appointment since the CDC clearly stating that it is not required for the immigrant visa applicant to travel by air to United States by air ?.
