    Thanks for your reply. I was under 18 at that time. So was it likely to be recorded under my name or my father? if it was recorded that it was my dad’s side problem, will I have a chance of getting the visa or still be ineligible?

    Hello there, I got refused of obtaining under 212(a)(6)(c) material misrepresentation for Fx1 visa 3-4 years ago. The officer told me that it was my dad’s side fault. Will it somehow affect the DV lottery interview if by any chance I get selected?
