Hi All,

My wife (USC) quit her job recently as we had a baby and moved from NC to California. We have 2016 tax returns for both of us. 2015 & 2016 income meets 125% criteria. But since my wife is no longer working, she will no longer meet 125% criteria. 

My question - Should we disclose in interview that my wife is no longer working? Will 2015 & 2016 tax returns be enough to prove she meets 125% income criteria?

My interview is on April 17th.

Hi everyone. Quick question- Will my interview be delayed if I change my address from North Carolina to California? My priority date for I-485 is November 21st. My current status is -

We don't want to travel back to Charlotte just for an interview but we don't want it to be delayed either by changing address to California.

"New Card Is Being Produced". Card was approved in 91 days. My Current EAD expires on 2/25. Hope I receive the card fast.
