  1. How do you disclose speeding tickets? I am planning to click "yes" on all the questions asking about offenses, convictions, citations etc. and then disclose my speeding tickets. I just recently got a speeding ticket (payed it the same day), and then I remember I got one 25 years ago. (I have been visiting and living in the US for a long time). I have been a driver since the 90s and been driving all over the US and my home country. I just can not recall if I got any other speeding tickets besides the above mentioned two. It is just such a long time frame and I took road trips through multiple states in the US and also drove in my home country which has speeding cameras so it is very easy to get a speeding ticket there. Am I really expected to remember all speeding tickets I ever had in my live? I want to fill out my N-400 correctly and not have any errors or omissions but this is just almost impossible. Do I really have to contact every BMV in every state I ever drove to get driving records? How do you handle this? Thank you.
  2. I originally obtained my LPR status based on entering on a K1 visa (Fiancé' visa) and subsequently marrying my US citizen husband. This was about 18 years ago. We are still married and live together with our children. It is now time for me to submit form N-400 and I am wondering if I should base this on "General Provision" or "Married to US citizen"? Does it matter? Can I apply under General Provision even though I got my GreenCard based on marriage to a US citizen or would that be wrong to do? I don't want to do anything that would get me in trouble. Thanks.
