Hi, I have some questions regarding AP. Hope anyone here can help me.

I’m currently in AOS  (entered US with a K1 fiancé visa) and already have my combo card. my status at the moment is "case is ready to be schedule for interview"

1)   I want to go back home (Mexico) for 15 days to visit family, attending my best friend wedding and get some papers from my college so I can enroll in a master here in the U.S . Just want to know if is ok for me using my AP to do the trip even if is not a emergency trip.

2)   If someone has returned using AP to JFK, can you tell me your experience?  Or any other airport, I will love to hear the experience of using AP.

OP, I'd use AP for visiting family! The only somewhat grey area is DACA holders or other previous long overstays using AP, definitely not you!

I came in a k1 visa (is only one entry) and we are currently waiting for our interview to be schedule (AOS)

Visiting family and attending a wedding, also get some things planned for our religious wedding that will be next year. I'm still not sure if I should use it. That's why I'm asking and making sure I take the right and correct desicion. I have been reading online and there is so much different answers for this question.

I'm from Mexico  and it will be just a 3 weeks trip or less. 

Hi! Did anyone here has used or know if the advance  can be used parol to go back to my  country and come back without any issue and without being and emergency? just to visit family and attending a wedding

Hi! We filled on march for AOS. They recived on march 20 2017. 

April 15 I got the apoinment for biometrics. 

April 17 we got a RFE

I got my biometrics done April 26. 

We send the reply for RFE may 6. 

Got the online notification that they got the reply on may 11. 

I have two questions.

1) a RFE restart the time of the process? 

2) how much long I will have to wait for the combo card to arrive? 

Im starting to get worried. If someone has gone throw this, can you tell me aprox time?

I just got the exact same RFE, what happened? what you send?.

Im from Mexico and I send the same birth certificade I used for my K1 visa and a traslation.

my Mom will go to the Births and deaths office on monday to ask for a letter  from the secretary that state that the birth certificade is official.

also she will scan my babtipse certificade.

hi! i just got my medical examination but the doctor field the labs and vaccine records with my single name. is not a problem right? Im gonna send my passport as ID and that shows my full single name, even if i filed the other form with my marriage name?

hi! I have a question. When I entered the country with my K1 visa the inmigration officer didn't gave me the i-94 form, but he wrote a 9 digits number in my visa a side the stamp of my entry. Is that the number that was supose to go in the i-94? does anybody knows?
