Hello, How can I prove that I am single and I can marry? I can not find anything in the United States of America to provide the marital status of being single. Did anyone face that? -
I got all of your points. In the Middle East, everything is so different than even Europe. I have to make a decision this week about which application should I pick whether a Fiance or Spouse visa. I can not wait and I have faith that a Fiance Visa might be better and faster. I understand the consequences of it too. I wish it was not that hard for US citizens. I am also concerned that the council/embassy in my county may ask for this contract "engagement contract" since it is very popular to have an engagement agreement/contract.

In my country, we have something called an engagement contract. That's why, I asked. Should I involve it as a piece of evidence or not?

Does USCIS accept the fiance contract or do they think it is a marriage contract? I mean is it ok to submit a finance contract with the evidence or it is unnecessary? Thanks

The more I read the more I am aware of the difference but I believe the cost difference with the money is around $1000. I also understand the paperwork process to remove the condition and the traveling restriction with the two-year green card. Did you look into the cost difference?

Thank you very much, I will do the research this week and try to make the decision. Do I have to live outside America for some time for the spouse visa? Do you know the estimated time for the K1 and the spouse visa? like proximity.

Thank you for your kind words. We have decided but I am somehow frustrated by the timeline for her to come here. and how we would wait all that time apart, is it always over a year and a half for her to be here? Is the K1 visa the fastest visa for her to come?

Fiance Visa K1 - Online Engagement Ceremony is Acceptable. We are officially engaged but I was in America and my fiancee was in her country we did the engagement party online because the paperwork takes time and I had to go back to America. Is that ok? or acceptable since we have already met? Thanks.
