Thank you very much. The case is "Ready" now. My fiance and I didn't receive any email about what to do next. I mean we have not received anything yet from the embassy. Should I contact them directly or wait one or two more weeks? It is located in Egypt, do you know how long it may take them to contact me or if you have any time tracker for Egypt? Regarding the documents, should I have copies, or do they need original documents such as birth certificates, etc?

I got my email reply from NVC and they provided me with the case and invoice ID number. they stated the following: "The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Cairo, Egypt. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition. Next steps: Go to our website http://nvc.state.gov/k1 to learn how to apply for a K visa and prepare for the visa interview." So my questions are: 1- Should I wait till the status changes from "Transit" to "Ready" before starting DS 160? or can I just complete the DS 160 and schedule the interview while I am in Transit? 2- How long may it take the embassy to change from "Transit" to "Ready". 3- Am I going to get a welcome letter to create an account on CEAC? 4- What should I do to be proactive with the case? Thank you.

I just got an email stating that NVC sent my case to the embassy in Egypt - I checked and am in transit now. I did not received packet 3 yet, should I start work on the DS 160 and book an appointment or should I wait till "ready"? -
Hello, We are writing regarding two case numbers associated with our application, each of which indicates different receiving numbers. One notice states that the case was sent to the Department of State on December 30, 2024, the other said 13 (It is just one beneficiary). However, we have not yet received the email to create our account with from the National Visa Center (NVC). According to the current case creation time frame on the NVC website, It says "as of January 21, 2025, cases received from USCIS on January 11, 2025 are being processed". This seems to indicate that our case should have already been created. Additionally, our approval notice states a validity period from October 24, 2024, to January 22, 2025, on the 1-797 Notice of Action, meaning tomorrow is the last day of validity. We are concerned about the delay in receiving the account creation email and would like guidance on what steps we should take to resolve this issue promptly. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Can I file now and go in August? Thank you for your advice! I do truly love her and we have chats, videos, and enough evidence that we are in a faithful relationship. So you think one visit is not fully convincing or even enough... I am not gonna argue with you because I know that you know. I just don't want to waste more time.
