    Renew passport at US consulate is quicker, usually took 4-5 weeks. 10-13 weeks is the routine for people apply/renew their passport within the USA, so you have more than enough time.

    You only count them as family size if they included in your household , so don't count your ex-wife.

    N400 will speed up the process since N400 process time is way faster than I-751. However, N400 can not be approve without I-751 approve first, so most of the time we are end up with combo interview. It just a matter of how quick the field office process N-400 and how competent to request I-751 send to the field office for the combo interview.

    I think you just need to send what they ask for and wait. Second K1 after the first K1 fail seem like a big mistake, but it was too late for now. If this 2nd K1 not go through, your only choice is getting married and file for CR1/IR1.

    Quality not quantity. 1k pages of Facebook chat seems like a mistake since CO not really want to see it. What's CO wants to see: pictures before/after marriage, wedding pictures with both side representative. In summary, you need to know the culture norm.

    Vietnam is one of the high fraud country. Look like your marriage is not bona fide in the eyes of CO. Just wait for NOID from USCIS then process to next step. I think you and your spouse know exactly why CO denied your case. As a person has been go through this process before, your petition approved/denied has been decided before the interview.

    We did received the passport with correct name. The typo I'm talking about is the spouse name(not about the applicant name) in section 11 on the DS-11.

    Don't ask for interview waiver, it can back fire I-751.

    Our passport has shipped last Friday 3/3/2023. DOS received it on 1/27/2023. Locator number 62.

    Submit your I-864 together with 2021 tax transcript, then bring 2022 tax to the interview.

    It just a minor issue, so nothing to worry. I'm also put my spouse "' First Name, Middle Name, Last name"' instead of "'Last name, First Name, Middle Name"' on the form too. As long as your name as a applicant matching the name on Nat certificate it should be OK. I'm into week 5 right now since DOS received it on 1/27. Website say 5-7 weeks for expedited, so we will wait and see.

    It will depend on where your application was send to. I'm apply for expedite and it has "In Process" from 1/27.

    Current proof of income is what NVC want(up to date paystub+ employment letter).

    If you live near Waxahachie, you can apply for a passport at Ellis County District Clerk. No appointment needed.

    Main evidence USCIS looking for: -Join tax return. -Driver license with same address. -Join health insurance. -Join bank account. -Join electric, water, internet bill. -Vehicle purchase under both name.

    The interview went quick and simple, so be confident. We're all go through the hardest one which is the interview at U.S Embassy.
