    IMO, the generic questions/ answers is not really helpful. Most of the questions they will ask based on your relationship. If you know each other very well, then nothing to worry about. Also, for K1, make sure you get a "family tree" document ready in case you being ask for it.

    You can't travel with this. Since both green card and extension letter has been expired, you need to get an ADIT stamp from USCIS if you want to travel and you're not USC at that time.

    I don't think it NVC mistake. Please ask your USC spouse double check I-864 again. You don't need to submit I-864A since you're intended immigrant. I think he need to check with his father's I-864. Is his father married and file tax together. If yes, then I-864A is needed from his mother, not you.

    For me, I will wait until early next year for any moments of N400. I-751 is a low priority, so it maybe just sitting there. I don't see any reason for you to wasted $5k, $10k.

    Don't complicated yourself: 1. Change address with USCIS ASAP. 2. Submit I-751 early next month. 3. The receipt letter which is the extension letter will send out after USCIS receive I-751. 4. USCIS may or may not re-use the old biometric, so watch out for the biometric appointment notice. 5. Waiting game. If you're unable to understand these simple steps, then please get an attorney.
