  1. It all on the Senate now. We will see the country first, or the party first.
  2. The election is done, so we will see. As a democrats, I have no hesitate put my vote for a traditional republican like John McCain or Mitt Romney over Kamala, but with Trump, I can't. In fact, we will never see a traditional republican like both of them for a long time from now on.
  3. -Took care of Illegal immigrant issue: agree. -More agents at border : Agree. Only issue I'm concern about is tariff. China not gonna pay for tariff. Companies in US will pay for it since they're import it, so do you think that they will just eat the cost of tariff then call it a lost, or they gonna raise the cost of products and passing it to consumers?
  4. This is your issue. You getting green card through work, so it will be 5 years, not 3.
  5. Make sure you submit AP and have it in hand before travel in February.
  6. Something not right in here. You can apply 90 days early before meeting the 3 years.
  7. USCIS only need bare minimum evidence to approved a petition. Everything will come down to the consular/embassy since they familiar with local culture. There are a lot of factors can decide the outcome of the case: age different, culture different, relationship history. Overall, HCM is hard, but it not hard if you prepare yourself with evidence.
  8. So happy to hear that. We all know that the decision already made before the interview. Now just enjoy your trip in VN and ready for the fight with USCIS in USA.
  9. There is an easy way to learn 100 questions: Get an audio file and play it while you're driving. It took me only 2 weeks to remember all those 100 questions and answers.
  10. Never sold your house, quit your job, or buy a ticket before you actually have "Visa on Hand".
  11. After the interview, the visa will be issued and the expiration will be based on the medical exams (In your case will be 4 months). However, the OP was not schedule the interview yet, so it can be extend by CO.
