My husband a UC applied for his Mom, in Mexico and notice on IV case was created on 7/27/2023. NVC status updated on 12/21/2023 (fees paid and all documents uploaded) NVC status updated on 1/25/24 (all documents for RFE uploaded and accepted) Interview scheduled email received on 1/30/25 3/10/25 husband flew to Guadalajara to pick up mom 3/14/25 husband flew with mom to Ciudad Jaurez 3/15/25 Biometrics 3/17/25 Physical 3/19/25 1st part of interview to turn in paper work. Few things missing and incorrect. $500 for immigration attorney near by to upload and correct info. 3/20/25 Final interview @ 10:00 arrived at 9:00 was there until 3:11 and approved. As of today 3/22/25 still waiting for Visa to be sent to DHL next door to pick up Visa/Passport and can head back to US.

Hello all my MIL was approved at her 2nd interview on 3/19/25. We have checked multiple times on CEAC visa status check. Last update on 3/20/25 and then on 3/21/25, both times stating issued (printed). No other info or email. My husband is staying in Jaurez with his mother waitig for DHL update which is right being consulate within ASC. I have seen where people were abel to login into another sight and get waybill# I also tried that with no luck. We have been told by multiple people there have been case of people Visa sitting at DHL but not scanned till days later or not getting email. Any info is helpful they have been sitting in Jaurez since 3/14/25. THANKS ALL! ❤️ Desperate wife waiting for her husband to return home with his mother as money is running out!
