Hello everyone!!! Happy to say that my husband’s and my stepson’s I-130 petitions were finally approved at the USCIS stage 🥳! After receiving an rfe for more evidence of Bona Fide marriage, I wrote a letter and resent USCIS the same things again that they were asking for and some new photos of us and some photos of us that I had previously sent and we were approved yesterday ! Now it’s time to wait for the letter from NVC and go from there. Praise God! I thank Him for this blessing! I-130 husband filed & AR June 14, 2022 1-129f filed July 8, 2022 I-130 stepson filed and AR August 04, 2022 RFE for proof Bona Fide marriage to my husband ** for both petitions ** May 11, 2023 My Response to RFE ** for both petitions ** June 24, 2023 AR and I-130 approvals **for both petitions** July 6, 2023 I-129f Denied July 6, 2023 All were Texas transferred to California service center.
