Don't say that!
We have to have faith - you do in the person you are with and want to marry.
Life is not fair but if we don't have faith, how will we make it through anything?
I'm sorry that you're waiting so long - I will also say a prayer for all of you. I'm NOT a religious person but if we don't have faith we have nothing.

Congratulations.
I'll be checking my mail today

Unbelievable

On the USCIS website my NOA1 is 9/18 (same information when I call). But my I-797 says 9/19. I decided to use the earlier date since that is what I read online and the date my check was cashed.
Good luck on an upcoming approval.

Thanks so much Gary!
It's nice to see Sept NOA1s being approved in 60 + days.
I'm at day 62.
Good luck everyone! I hope we see some more approvals before Thanksgiving.

Hi everyone!
Although this NOA2 isn't me it's for a friend so I'm happy for her and her fiance.
I wanted to share though so you had another timeline to compre yours (and mine) to.
Their NOA1 was from CSC on 9/13
and their NOA2 is from 11/17
No RFEs.
Congrats to them and good luck to us.

Thanks for the encouragement.
Today is day 60 for us
I'd love an anniversary present or Thanksgiving present.

Yea, I had a touch which turned out to be CSC emailing me to tell me that they won't respond to an email I sent them. Not much of a touch!
But you never know - if it's been over 2 months it could.
Good luck!
-
Congratulations!!

WE HAVE THE SAME NOA1...
Let's hope I can soon too!
Congratulations!

In my case,
My check was cashed on 9/18 and on the USCIS website, and when I call them, that same date is used as when my case was first processed.
However, my receipt (I-797) date is 9/19.
They're only a day off and because USCIS is showing my application as being received on the 18th that is what I'm using as my NOA1.
I'd use the date that your application was received and processed into their system.
But that is my advice - there may be someone out there who can better assist. Good luck.

I'm so sorry!!
Be strong.

I'm on day 59 so I'm hoping for by the end of the month. Let's all cross our fingers. CSC needs to get on it!
-
It's such a great feeling!
Good luck

It's true what was originally said - applying for college and scholarships and study abroad programs has nothing on the K1 visa.
We've all made it this far and we know that what this leads to will be
ahhhhh
Congratulations!

Congratulations!
And Happy Birthday.
My NOA1 is from CSC (orginially sent to TSC) and was on 9/18 so I hope we're right behind you.
It's been almost 60 days.
-
I wish the best for you.
I had a touch that meant nothing but I hope that is not the case. But remember that it could be
I'm hoping for my NOA2 soon also...it's been almost 60 days. Good luck to us all waiting patiently.

My baby and I are going to celebrate our 2 year anniversary in a week so I'd love a present
If not then a Thanksgiving or Christmas present would be ideal...

They'll receive it - don't worry.
That "attempted to deliver" message is normal too. I received that because my package was delivered on a Saturday and there was no one there to sign for/receive it.
I received an email that next Monday stating that my application was received at 5 a.m.!!! Go figure...that's early.
I was worried too because I had written down the wrong PO Box number (which didn't exist anymore) but I had everything else right - so it got there.
You can look at my timeline here below...but it took about a week from when it was received in Texas until I got my NOA1 (and check cashed) in California.
Congratulations on sending it out - that is the first step.
-
Thanks for posting this.

Yea, I knew having a passport wasn't required when sending out the I-129F but we decided to get it early because we knew that could take time.
I haven't received my NOA2 yet but am still trying to be a step ahead so that when the next step comes along we can move quickly.

I read on this site that we should send a little of each type of proof - emails, phone bills, used calling cards, plane tickets, etc.
We sent 6 emails - those that spoke of our plans to marry and showed our love for each other (they all do really). Along with this we sent alot of other proof. Pictures are good.
A friend of mine sent 5 emails and blocked out one part because it was a bit risky (if you know what i mean) and not pertanent. So that is what they mean that you can omit parts - blacken them out.

The best days to call are probably Wed or Thurs. Last time I was on hold for almost 45 minutes.
When you call write down the number sequence down of what you dial in order to talk to someone. So if you wait and cant get through at least next time it will probably be faster.
But it would also be good to see if and when your check was cashed and if track the mail.
good luck.

We have to support one another.
Maybe that "ride" was not over 2 months but longer - before the application was even mailed. Some couples have been dealing with long distance for a very long time.
We never know what people are going through.
