    You should do some extensive research about domicile. This is a good place to start: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/i-864-affidavit-faqs.html#aos19 If i was you i would go back to Pakistan and spend time with your husband. 2 years is a long time to wait and its brutal specially when you are newly wed Go to Pakistan, maintain bank accounts etc in USA and come back few months before expected interview. Get a job and you will be easily meet the domicile requirement. good luck

    Holy cow . My wife immigrated 5 years ago. It took me 1 year exactly from the time I filed her I-130. Why the hell it’s taking 3 years now ??. That’s absurd

    my Mother in law DQ is 06/24/2022 analyzing this thread. We should expect her interview March till June 2024 ??? ( 2 years from DQ ) is this correct ?

    my wife filed for her mother PD 04/29/2019 almost reach 2 years still no interview... case at NVC .. all documents submitted and completed its been more than a year is this normal ???? where can i look at wait times
