They received our application October 6th, and cashed the check about a week after that. We then received an RFE which was then responded to by November 29th. No updates until June 2 stating the case has been approved and yesterday they updated stating they mailed out the card. We did receive EAD in February as well.

We submitted a service request about a week ago, I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or not that we were approved shortly after. Good luck to those who are still waiting!

It took 2 days to get the card after the website said they mailed the card.

We got EAD issued here. Still no update on I485, uscis received our response to RFE on November 29.

Thanks for the reply, we just did the biometrics today. It went pretty smoothly, so now i'm just going to wait for the transcripts to arrive and then I'll send out the I-864. Hopefully that's the only hiccup from now on.

Hello, I recently filed an AOS with my wife. We have the biometrics appointment on Wednesday. Unfortunately today we just received a RFE. I believe the reason is that I do not live with my mother, but i put her on as a joint sponsor and she filed I864-A. If i understand correctly, she should have filed the I864 instead. I'm hoping this is an easy fix.

I'm looking for some input on the course of action I should take. I'm going to order some more tax transcripts and get together all the evidence again. Should I have my mother fill out form I-864 and send it in or is there anything else I should do? My address was the same as hers for the tax year 2015, and I was listed as a dependent under her. I'm currently living in a house with a few roomates, and because i'm married, i'm now legally independent on taxes.

Still no notifications, no email, text, or mail... check was just cashed today though, so at least I feel better about that.

Received at uscis on Oct. 5, still no check cashed or NOA1. Its good to see im not the only one. Hopefully it gets cashed soon and we receive NOA1
