    My wife (a US citizen) has a biological sister (resides in the Philippines) and wants to know if she can bring her to the USA. They both have the same biological parents. The only thing is that her sister was adopted when she was a toddler by close relative.

    Hi, My nephew is having his US Citizenship oath taking in 3 weeks and has lost his green card. Will he be able to part take in his oath taking without his green card or does he need to get a replacement card in order for the oath taking ceremony? Thanks in advance, Erol
