When I applied i was unmarried that time, now I'm married and my hubby filed a case for me he is usa citizen, our case is completed we are now waiting for interview date. I checked now that his lawyer made this mistake so thats why i'm worried about my ds-260 form about my previous visa rejection on tourist purpose that time i was unmarried. Now should i tell them about previous non immigrant visa rejection. Will it affect my interview?

As i fill my ds-260, i have done one mistake thats i had previously applied for usa on the behalf of tourist visa bt didn't mention it in my ds-260 now my case is complete do i have to tell this at interview as I didn't get tourist visa that time , if I didn't tell them does it gonna effect my visa processing? Plz help

I have my CC on 16 sept but still I didn't receive any email from nvc we confirmed our CC by calling then. How much time taken by them to schedule interview with new delhi embassy

when was your scan date? i.e the date they received you documents

It will continue to say "AT NVC" until after you receive an interview date AND your case file is sent to the embassy. Did you can and find out if you have case complete? If you do then don't worry about it saying at nvc.

Thanks for reply. I didn't confirm it bcoz of Saturday Sunday holiday, 2maro I'll confirm my case status at NVC by calling them. Can u tell me how much time they take to schedule interview?

My ds-260 form have 3 N/A yesterday but when i check status it show that still at NVC. What it mean
