    File I Form I-129F and list 12 year old daughter as your fiance's Family. they will come together as K-1 and K-2 visa. FYI, you can still have wedding reception like a typical wedding in Vietnam, If you like, as long as you are not leaglly married in Vietnam, you will qualify to file FormI-129F.

    Assuming potential fiance's child is a minor, your fiance's will have a K-1 visa while her child will have K-2 visa. You only have to file Form I-129F forher and add her child's information in the petition.

    Cash Suttender Value ("CSV") is an amount of cash you can cashed out at a given time when you buy a Whole Life or Universal Life insurance policy. With respect to I-134, that is the amount,if applicable, in additional to cash and other assets you can use to support your fiance. Most people just buy a term life insurance policy, which CSV is not applicable.
