Thanks everyone for corroborating my research. -
I’m not clear on this situation. I’m a US citizen who married a non citizen abroad, I don’t plan to return to the US and my partner has too much invested in his career to move, so assuming we want to stay abroad forever, is there a way I could help him get a green card or citizenship or would that require us moving to the US and establishing a life there first.
