  1. I would never be with someone who thought it was okay to call me names like that. Full stop. Maybe your experience with women is that they tolerate it.
  2. Nope, sorry. OP’s spouse called her those names. There is no respect there.
  3. I call BS on this. Maybe it’s an age thing, but at my age, no way would I tolerate being called an(removed) by a spouse, or anyone else for that matter. Would much rather be alone than with someone who treated me that way.
  4. She cannot work remotely while visiting the US. She needs a work permit to work remotely at a Canadian job. You seem to be full of misunderstandings about the difference between visiting and permanent residency?
  5. Doesn’t seem too smart to plan a pregnancy/prenatal care/delivery for a person who will not have legal struts to be here through all of that. What’s the hurry? Why not just wait until she’s an LPR?
  6. You need a lawyer, or someone competent to help with the process, if you cannot manage to get even the name of the visa applicant correct for the medical. You have enough issues coming from Pakistan, these problems you created just make them worse.
  7. That’s where you’re wrong. They don’t give out immigration advice or tips.
  8. Trust the pushbrk, he knows his stuff!
  9. You can get married anywhere that it is legal to do so. Do not file for a spousal visa until you have a certified, translated marriage certificate. You can file for a K-1 anytime as long as you’re unmarried. Both processes will take AT LEAST two years before she has a visa to immigrate to the United States.
  10. “No just cause”? Huh? You were denied because you were ineligible for the visa. Going forward, you will want to do everything with 100% honesty if you want to immigrate.
  11. No. It will be like 15 years or more until an immigrant visa is available. The bigger issue is if they try to visit too much or "live" in the US on their B visas....they could be denied entry.
  12. I can't see her ever getting another tourist visa, honestly. Sounds like her ban is nearly over, so she won't need a waiver, but it will take at least two years for her to get an immigrant visa.
  13. For what reason? Do you hope to annoy them into making a decision? It doesn't work like that...
  14. Right, but there is nothing in this thread to indicate that she is eligible for VAWA. There are actual criteria to qualify for VAWA, not just an unsuccessful marriage.
  15. Best post in this thread. There is no fair way to quantify the value of a person.
