  1. No, you don’t need to wait. By the time off of the interview, you’ll have that return and also one for 2023.
  2. You filed for your wife before you came to the US? how did you get your green card?
  3. Green cards are not approved on the spot. Do you have any type of appeal/motion on your case? If not, it is likely a clerical error, and the message will change once the new card is being produced.
  4. It is clear that the interviews are done at a designated consulate, and that you do not choose where it is done. Do a bit of reading, and you'll find it.
  5. You think the OP intends to travel to the US to do pornography?
  6. Maybe? But it was initially appended randomly to someone else's thread.
  7. Yes, that was your error, and yes, the I-824 takes about a year. Did you have a question?
  8. But why? That was 100% unnecessary. You need some serious education on US immigration 101. This is already a debacle.
  9. Huh? This makes no sense. Whatever it is, is a mess. I suggest you find a competent immigration lawyer asap. Nope.
  10. There is nothing really you can do. Some people will file a lawsuit (Writ of Mandamus) for cases that are outside of normal processing time.
  11. What problem? The message you posted clearly states there is nothing for you to do.
  12. Suggestions for what? The messages is pretty darn clear. Did you have a question?
  13. I always assume CBP can see all documents and notes related to US immigration, but they don't publish that info. Most likely you'll be fine, as long as you prepare to demonstrate strong ties to home. I'd say the caregiver to grandpa is not a strong tie, since obviously you're preparing to leave that role when you immigrate.
  14. This is not a strong tie. Especially since you have demonstrated immigrant intent, so presumably you can get the medication in the US. IMO, the POE shouldn't dictate how you prepare to interact with CBP. It's a crapshoot every time, regardless of POE.
  15. Bring evidence of your ties to home. Are you taking a 6 week holiday from work? Bring a letter attesting to that, with the day you're expected to return. They may wonder if you plan to work remotely here while on vacation. If so, don't. That is not allowed. Do not bring "moving house" volumes of belongings.
  16. Wonder if that’s a retrogression record? F2A was current for so long prior to that.
  17. Very sorry, but one of the VAWA requirements is that you’ve lived together in the US. Sounds like you have only visited on VWP etc.
