  1. What are the N-400 wait times like for your LFO?
  2. The correct forum for your question is the site-specific one, not this. Maybe a mod will move it. @Captain Ewok is the person to field inquiries about ads.
  3. Not needed. Intent to marry is best demonstrated by signed statements (by each party) of such.
  4. Again, not even slightly relevant to a K-1 fiancee visa or the I-129F petition.
  5. Right! Like the now widespread glitch that caused extra I-824 fees and added a year to the overall processing time….
  6. Doesn’t matter. Marriage laws for other countries are not relevant to US immigration. If you want a green card, you adhere to US laws.
  7. “Fiance contract” is not a thing in the United States.
  8. Nope, will not work. It is a family reunification visa, obviously if you’re not in the U.S., that’s out the window.
  9. You’re not immigrating.
  10. Interesting. We sent no snapshots for the petition or thereafter, no RFEs.
  11. Expect scrutiny. Not only is it Pakistan (heavily vetted, high fraud), but if you’ve been living separately for 12 years, it will be hard to show you have bonafide marriage.
  12. The approved petition would have been sent back to the US.
  13. They are asking for a copy of the I-129-F form that YOU submitted to USCIS. There is no way some “place” in Jordan would make that “seem original and valid.”
  14. They are not asking for a generic blank copy of the form…..
  15. Did you not make copies of the forms you submitted?
