What immigration record? B2 is nonimmigrant, and under jurisdiction of dept of state. Your future ability to renew B2 visas is absolutely impacted by your travel/stay/overstay record, yes.

That won't qualify for an expedite. The wait time is what it is, and Iranians are subject to extra vetting and background checks. You may want to look into moving to a third country together if you cannot wait that long. -
