    “We may move”? Is this your girlfriend? Student visas are nonimmigrant visas. Nursing programs in the U.S. are very competitive, and fluency in English is required. She m should start learning English long before she applies to one.

    Are you not in the UK? The UK has a much more robust and vast social support network/welfare system than the US. Please reach out to your local services/council and see what is available. The "woe is me" attitude only goes so far, and eventually you need to take ownership over your own life and choices. You are a legal adult, and your family is subject to local laws, regardless of their religion or culture, or the laws in their home country.

    No, you cannot do that. That is immigration fraud. It sounds to me like your issues are better suited to seeking help from local law enforcement/social services. Developing adult coping skills now will also be something to focus on. Moving to another country is not easy, and will not be an overall solution to your problems.

    As explained earlier in this thread, if you want to bring your spouse, you would need to legally divorce and then legally marry. As your current marriage is not legal in the United States, your partner is not eligible for a visa.

    US immigrant visas are issued per US law. As long as same-sex marriage remains legal in the United States, spouse/fiance visas for same-sex partners will continue to be issued at US embassies in all countries, regardless of local politics or religion.

    They are very unlikely to even glance at any supporting documents you bring. They don’t care about your mode of salary deposit, just that you can pay for your trip and plan to return home after.

    Doesn’t matter. Marriage laws for other countries are not relevant to US immigration. If you want a green card, you adhere to US laws.

    Expect scrutiny. Not only is it Pakistan (heavily vetted, high fraud), but if you’ve been living separately for 12 years, it will be hard to show you have bonafide marriage.

    They are asking for a copy of the I-129-F form that YOU submitted to USCIS. There is no way some “place” in Jordan would make that “seem original and valid.”

    I believe her global entry application would be via her own country, right? The United States does not administer that for noncitizens/nonresidenrs.

    The primary reason why you would be refused a tourist visa is for failing to show strong ties to home/immigrant intent. If you are not lying about your intentions, why worry so much?
