  1. No one else commenting on this thread has done that. Just you.
  2. OP, this thread has been reported for multiple TOS violations. Might I remind you of the terms you agreed to by opening an account here. You may not: Make comments in a Post either direct or implied toward another member that are purposely designed to upset, antagonize, make fun of, belittle, harass, insult, or otherwise instigate an argument that takes away from the personal enjoyment of the Service by other users. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the forums.
  3. You have no idea how the visa bulletin works, and yet you’re telling other people they’re sharing incorrect info?
  4. Nope. We submitted loads of quality primary evidence.
  5. We did a K-1, husband is from a similar low-fraud country. We have never submitted any snapshots whatsoever, for any part of the process. "Relationship proof" is not part of the K-1 process. You need to show that you've met at least once during the preceding two years.
  6. As long as she didn't lie to CBP, shouldn't be a problem. She should be aware that she may not be able to work or leave the US for up to one year.
  7. You’re hoping to jump in front of people who filed before you by filing a mandamus?
  8. Do they realize that spending so much time out of the country puts their LPR status at risk?
  9. Very, very unlikely. It's free to ask though.
  10. Oh, I see what you're saying! Here in Washington, EDLs are only available to USCs, because Washington state residents are eligible for regular DLs without regard to immigration status. I just assumed it was different in other states.
  11. Right, I don’t think they could be. I may be wrong, but I think LPRs/noncitizens can get them in some states.
  12. Why would you age out if your parent petitioned you? or do you mean that you were listed as a derivative on a parent’s petition?
  13. You both live in Canada, but not together? That will raise questions.
  14. AFAIK, USCIS does not publish that type of internal data. I’d ask the ‘someone’ to cite their source.
  15. Yes, that range of wait times is normal. There are so many factors that impact it- consulate, quality of your documentation, etc. Hopefully not too much longer.
  16. Not sure why you think it will take “a few months” to get a US passport…..I sent my packet on 11/12, and had my new passport back before Thanksgiving. Official processing time when I checked was 2-4 weeks. This was not expedited.
  17. It is not a bad thing. All forms/applications for DOS and USCIS are adjudicated. It just means that someone looks at them and all the supporting documentation, and evaluates the content in the context of the relevant law. Good luck with your case.
  18. You are coming across as quite entitled. Legal immigration involves planning and waiting. Most of us here have had to do loads of planning and waiting in our journeys. No one else is more special than the next person.
  19. That is immigration fraud. She needs a proper immigrant visa, just like everyone else. Waiting your turn in queues is just part of US immigration.
  20. OP wouldn’t be eligible to file today, as they have not met.
