  1. This is correct. OP does not currently qualify for DCF now that exceptional circumstances are a requirement.
  2. This is absurd. Do you know how expensive it is for companies to petition employees from overseas??
  3. Is that someone you know personally? No? Dude, it's a scam. This is not how employment or visas in the US work. Please don't waste your money. You'd be better off responding to a Nigerian royalty email.
  4. There is no waiver for that. Your only hope is to meet now and submit a new petition.
  5. It would be foolish to send money to this, IMHO. And why would someone you don't know "endorse" you?
  6. Absolute SCAM. No American is named "Mrs William Gloria."
  7. Unfortunately, receiving the DS-5535 can be the beginning of an extended wait time. At this point, all you can do is wait and hope for the best.
  8. Travel insurance will cover emergencies. Routine health needs should be taken care of before and after the visit. Hopefully she is truly coming with the intention to return home. If you want to bring her to live here, you need to do it the right way and petition her for an immigrant visa. Otherwise, she will be lying to CBP.
  9. OP, I don't understand something: even if you truly believed the marriage had been annulled, the I-130 petition would have required you to list that marriage, and evidence of its termination (via annulment court order or decree). Did you think you were not subject to that requirement?
  10. Either way, a good practice would be to have a joint sponsor lined up, in case it is not accepted.
  11. Pretty clearly circumstances did not change, as the 'caregiver' plan was already in place.
