  1. Hey, I think this is the month the kiwi files as well! His 90 day window (5 year rule) opened up last week sometime…..
  2. That’s NOT how that works! There is. Nothing a “visa agent” can do to influence a US consular decision.
  3. So you’ve not met her in person?
  4. So they just came on B visas or something, and now want to stay?
  5. Would make NO sense to repeat the J with the residency requirement. You’ll just be in the same boat again.
  6. No, you cannot. That is 100% fraud. You need to petition him for an immigrant visa. Read the guides.
  7. Be aware that if you stay, you might not be able to work or return (if you leave) for up to 8 months. This includes remote work.
  8. And yet your history says otherwise. I can't see you getting a visa to the US given your track record.
  9. It is true, there is now a special marriage visa for the UK. Did not used to be the case.
  10. Apples to oranges, comparing B refusals of a non-VWP country to a VWP country.
  11. Problematic to use equity in your primary residence, as you can't both house immigrants and use the value of that house to support them. I wouldn't be surprised if the consulate asks for another joint sponsor. @pushbrk
  12. It isn't recommended to lie when asked about friends/family in the US.....
  13. Then you may have to wait until she completes her education and can afford to bring an immigrant here. Btw, why isn't she the one here asking questions?
  14. That's not how that works. The legally enforceable document is signed by the sponsor and is between the sponsor and the US government. If your GF wants to sponsor you, she will need to find an eligible joint sponsor, or improve her own financial situation.
  15. You did not know your wife's name?
  16. I have no info, other than what has been publicly stated by the incoming president. I suspect nothing will happen there, but stay tuned.
  17. Also, if they do away with birthright citizenship as promised, OP will not be able to get an immigration benefit via the younger child.
  18. It is a very backlogged consulate, so even if there are no true AP type issues, I would imagine it will be some time for them to review the additional info they've received. Good luck.
  19. You are welcome to go back to Pakistan to visit, arent' you?
  20. Warm?
  21. Did you bring the first wife over on an immigrant visa also? There must be some reason why they focused on that during her interview.
