HI, I have a question concerning the DS-230 Part I. My husband is the US citizen and I am the beneficary. That means that I have to fill out the DS-230 Part I and only Part I for the NVC and not Part II, b/c I will have to fill that out at the consulate. Is that right?
My other question is: In Line 1. of the DS-230, No. 1 I have to put in my name, right? And do I than have to put my husband's name in question 14.? And what do I have to write in question 21.a) and 21.B)? Also "Signature of Applicant" means that I (=beneficary) have to sign, right?
I'm sorry if my question must soud weird, but I'm so confused. I hope somebody can help.
