I was previously married to a Filipina for 26 years until she passed away in 2015. I was enamored with the Filipino culture, lifestyle, traditions, customs, values, and beauty. That invitation proved to be the correct move because it was the start of fantastic relationship. Within a few weeks we escalated to contacting each other outside of FilipinoCupid. We began having video chats on the average of four times a day for an hour plus each call. Our time difference is 12 hours which offers the ability to talk with one another before bed time and upon waking up for each one of us each and every day. We learned a lot about each other's past and desires for the future through the constant and dedicated chat sessions. We had many significant common data points in our lives.
