  1. Yes my wife's was just a few minutes after they received payment! But I think that's only if it's gonna be reused!
  2. None other than the same one from Texas Center about applying the fingerprints to the case. I don't anticipate anything until we are fully qualified for the N-400 in April 2023 that's when the GC and resident since will reach 3 years. I'm hoping something will happen shortly after that.
  3. Yes, but after 30 days of inactivity they will delete your saved files, so just make sure you actively do something on your application once in awhile.
  4. I really don't know the inner workings on what triggers what, but in the case of the N-400 it all comes together.
  5. Once you file online and after your payment you will get your case number starting with an IOE usually. The case number usually comes a few minutes after your payment to your online USCIS account. We got them a few minutes after we paid and we even also got the biometric reuse letter too! So yes it shows as a case status.
  6. Ahh ok yes you'll get an extension letter for your N400. My wife got hers almost instantly upon submitting payment on-line! You should receive it if not the same day a few days after, then the hard copy in the mail!
  7. You will get an extension letter when you apply for the I-751 and when you apply for the N-400 you will also get an extension letter.
  8. Yes it happens all the time. Either something is forthcoming or it's not!
  9. Ahh ok yeah as I said many apps and practice test online. USCIS even has a sample of questions on the N-400 portion of their website.
  10. Test piece???? I'm sorry did not catch that?????? Do you mean the civics test and English comprehension test for the N-400? If so there are numerous study guides and apps online you just got to find the one you like.
  11. Easy for each point you touched on write a short explanation letter and explain to them. I had to write up a mortgage explanation letter myself and for some bank statements we included both separate accounts that showed money being transferred between them. Not really a big deal as long as you explain them!
  12. Yes online first then the hard copy! The online copy just stated the case had been transferred, it did not tell me where it was transferred too. The hard copy did.
  13. I would not get my hopes up to high and ready yourself for a possible unfavorable outcome. When there is just the mention of a Adam Walsh incident in a case that case gets extra attention and it usually does not end well! But you never know. I hope everything turns out as you envision!
  14. We received the I-797C NOA transfer notice and our I-751 was indeed transferred to NBC Lee's Summit, MO 64064. That is also where our N-400 is. So they did transfer the I-751 to join the N-400. The I-751 was transferred from the Texas Service Center. Well have to wait and see what happens next!
  15. Same with my wife's I-751, only we filed in January 2022, but we received all the same statuses and updates right after we filed the N-400. The I-751 was transferred, but I have not got the hard copy yet to tell me where the case is at. The N-400 is at NBC. I agree the N-400 does shake the I-751 loose.
  16. If you are ready and eligible I would submit your N-400. Sometimes that gets the ROC rolling.
