U need the void marriage from your marriage contract. U should bring your divorce documents in NSO so they can put notice.... VOID... i know this from this from my cousin... same situation.

Ahhh... thats good if they email not mail. How many days or weeks from you got your MNL#? Is that u.s embassy manila ?

I am hoping to receive a text tomorrow, since yours is already ready for pick up today.

Us we dont get anything from nvc yet even our lawyer.. my fiance he just call the nvc and ask them. The last update nvc said in transit to manila august 1 so i hope today or tomorrow embassy have it... we cant make the appointment if we dont have to notice from USM. Waiting time is killing me.

We have same question and concern... we got our mnl # august 2 and ny fiance call the nvc and they said they are forwarded the case to manila august 1. I know what u felt we all know the mail in philippines is sucks.. hope they just send email than to send it post office mail... by the way im from cebu also mandaue. ???

I dont have the letter from manila but i check my status it say READY for medical and interview. Thats why im confused because some people here talking about waiting the letter from manila.

Hello everyone, need some advice... my fiance he called the NVC yesterday and we got the MNL# and reciept#... Now am i allowed to make my appointment for interview even i dont have the notice from manila us embassy??? I have the conformation copy from my DS160.... us embassy they will allow me to have my interview even i dont have their notice yet??? Thank u.
