  1. Hi all, I'm a bit confused about the "photographs" upload requirement on CEAC for Civil Documents requirements. It doesn't list the requirement here specifically https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-7-collect-civil-documents.html. Also on the confirmation page for the DS-260 it mentions the requirement for submitting photos, but only once a Visa Interview Appointment has been set. My confusion lies in do I upload Visa Photos now and is that what they are asking for on the CEAC upload? Here is the link the CEAC website gives me for the photos requirements: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/photos.html Thank you all so much!
  2. Thank you for the answer. I do see some posts here about people getting rejected based on past year tax income being too low though, or did I misunderstand?
  3. Hey all, I almost have everything together for my wife's NVC documents to be submitted on the CEAC website. I am worried because I don't have any income to show for 2021 (I was taking care of my grandmother as payment for staying in her home). I don't even know if I'm supposed to file taxes because it's zero. Also my income for 2022 and 2023 will be low because it was just some Uber I did and I had long periods of unemployment. NOW in 2024 my income skyrocketed and I'm like 12k above the annual income requirement for petitioning my wife (household size of 5). My question is, will I still qualify for the Affidavit of Support requirements without issues? Thank you so much!
  4. Ah okay, but I'm actually in the US.
  5. Ahh, thank you! Thank you, that's helpful.
  6. Hi all, I heard you need to print out your confirmation page from the DS-260 to bring to the interview. I don't have my printer setup yet, could I submit my DS-260 online and then print later? Just making sure it's available to print anytime. Thanks!
  7. Alright, well much appreciated! I didn't realize how liberal I can be with what I put in the blanks. I'll definitely take your advice on this.
  8. Ok that makes sense, whatever makes it easier for someone to find your exact house using potential landmarks. Thank you!
  9. Hi all, I just wanted to clarify some things on the DS-260 for my wife I'm petitioning in the Philippines. 1). For addresses, should I put "NA" on line 1 if there is no actual street name/number? 2). Would putting the Barangay name/number in line 2 of the address field be ok since it's the only other info I have without a street name? 3). In the Family Information Section for Children it asks, "Is this child immigrating to the U.S. with you?" Since my daughter is already a US Citizen from her CRBA she isn't technically immigrating right? She would travel with my wife to the US but not immigrate. So I would answer "NO" right? Thanks so much all!
  10. I want give another update regarding making NVC payments using your PayPal routing and account number. IT DOES WORK, JUST CONFIRMED TODAY. However, you need to have "Direct Debit" enabled on your account first.
  11. Just getting back to you with an update. Its doesn't work unfortunately.
  12. Well it is the basic PayPal, with that you have a checking account number. No special kind of PayPal really. I'll definitely try and report back, thank you!
  13. Not exactly, I will try PayPal and if it doesn't work I will have to sign up for a standard bank. Thanks.
  14. Ok, I understand. Actually though, I meant that with PayPal you can have a checking account number and a routing number. PayPal utilizes a bank to allow this. Whether it will work or not I suppose I'll have to find out. Thanks.
  15. I am ready to submit payment for the IV and Affidavit of Support fees on the CEAC website, but I only use PayPal. I do have a checking account number and routing number I'm just not sure if they accept PayPal as a payment method. Does anyone know? Thank you so much!
  16. Thank you sir. By full pay period do you mean just how often they pay me like weekly, bi-weekly, etc?
  17. Thank you. By "work offer" do you mean when they started my employment and my rate of pay?
  18. Hi all, I've been around these forums for years but finally just about a month ago I got a 2nd job and I finally meet the income requirements for my wife's IR-1 visa for the Philippines. Currently her case is at the NVC and just waiting for my updated paperwork to be submitted. Her priority date is July 3, 2019. I got my 1st job in Jan 2024 and the 2nd in Mar 2024, before that I never met the income requirements for years. (I did have various jobs before this, but nothing consistent or that got close to meeting income requirements. My Question is: How long should I wait (if at all), to submit my income information? I just want to make sure I waited long enough and have enough paystubs to have the best chances of being approved. Thank you so much all!
