  1. Hi there,

I'm a K1 visa holder submitting this form with my AOS.

I was missing 3 shots when i went for my medical in London; MMR, Flu, Tetanus.  I later had the shots required from 3rd parties in London and I have the supporting paperwork evidence for the shots.

What is my best way to proceed?  Can I just submit the vaccination record (DS 3025) with the 3rd party evidence of my shots, or do i have to have a civil surgeon transcribe the vaccination report on i-693 section 9?

    Thanks in advance...

  2. Can anyone help me? I am petitioning for a K1 Visa for my fiance, and our 129 application was approved! He is now waiting for his interview in London. Do I send my completed (with a co sponsor) 1-134 forms to him to take to the interview? Or do I send them to the Dallas Lockbox where I sent my 129? or to the Embassy? I am so confused where to send the forms?

Thank you for any help you can offer!

  3. Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me? I'm mailing my I129f application tomorrow.

When posting my I-129f, what do I write exactly on the package? Do I send it to the Dallas lockbox, and do I write that, or anything specific on the outside of my package?

Should I get a return receipt?

Any other tips or advice for mailing?

Thank you for any advice you can offer!!

  4. Is there anyone who can help me? On the Biographic Information form G25A, the question

"Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year", my fiance

wrote his current address, and said he lived there from "03" in the month box and "2013" in the year box,

and he wrote the words "present time" in the TO Month Year section.

Should he have typed in the current month 07, and year 2016?

Or is it alright that he typed in "Present Time"?

Thank you so much to anyone who can help me with this question!!

  5. I have just finished filling out and assembling my K1 Visa packet. I have typed in the word "none", when an answer is "none". I just read something that says the new rules are that we are supposed to leave the space blank if the answer is none.

Is it alright if I send my forms as I have typed them, with "none", and "n/a"? Or do I need to start over and leave the space blank?

Thank you for any help, advice, or knowledge you can give!!!
