    Hi Experts, really need your advice, my brother has filed for my (his sister) in May-2007 and still I have not heard anything from the US immigration department. It has been almost 16 years now and still waiting for the response for the F4- file. When my brother filed for me, I was in India but currently, I am a Canadian Citizen. Can anyone help me on the timeline and waiting period and is there any contact information that I can use to write or contact the US immigration dept? Thank you in Advance.
