  1. Did they give any indication why your 751 failed? Not enough bona fide evidence maybe, what did you provide to show legit marriage?
  2. Did you apply by yourself? Probably time to hire a good immigration lawyer.
  3. You should be good to go, I'd refile as divorce waiver as soon as I could
  4. Wow, yes that sounds an insanely high standard that only the most blatant fraud cases would achieve, really goes to show again how pointless the removal of conditions stage is.
  5. Best wishes to OP! On a side note, does the above mean any appeal of denial of a 751 to immigration court shifts the burden of proof firmly onto the states side, probably why so few 751 get denied?
  6. yeah approx 280 in the past week, if they kept up this pace they should get around to a lot of us within the next 3-4 months or so.
  7. Interview is easy if you have a bonafide marriage, it's basically telling them about your day to day life. As others have said if you didn't get an interview at 485 stage then you'll almost certainly get one for ROC
  8. Very much as the above, I wouldn't say it was zero evidence and would include it as it's part of the picture of your married life but it won't be good evidence of co mingling of finances. They'll be asking why you did do it this way and not use a joint account with deposits and withdrawals made by both of you.
  9. It's silly not to provide all the evidence available, when I-751 instructions say: "Submit copies of as many documents as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date;" I wouldn't necessarily say it's silly to include all pages or only enough to satisfy the evidence as requested, it's open to interpretation. I feel 3 monthly accounts were sufficient, if they RFE me for more they can have that too. I just don't think that's likely with the other evidence I have provided.
  10. Fwiw I didn't send every single bank statement for every month, I provided every 3 months which showed many transactions from both our cards to the account and deposits into the account from our employment. I made a note on my cover page index that I could provide the rest of the statements if requested but didn't want to overwhelm them with paper if it was unnecessary. Added to that all the other evidence such as tax statements and joint bills etc, I don't think it's necessary to send them every single page of your checking history.
  11. I don't think it's quite as unfair as being portrayed, the stats still show that cases are being approved in the block order of when cases were received. Some of these blocks have wider date ranges within them, but for the most part the earlier applications are being processed sooner when you compare block vs block. There are some outliers but they are quite small in number, ie some of the recent blocks have 11 and 49 approved cases whilst the prior blocks already have 244, 827 and 1383 approved cases. So yeah you're going to see the occasional more recent case get approved sooner but they are still the minority.
  12. Something is certainly going on, a lot of filings beings processed from December of last year right now, seems they're working on that section.
  13. seems a good chance of no i751 interview if you had one at the i485 stage and you have good evidence in your i751 filing.
  14. I think the i751 has been low prioritized purely because even though we feel in "limbo" in real terms we actually remain permanent residents and enjoy all the benefits of this (with extension letter). We can still work and travel, others who are waiting for other forms to process can't say the same and need to be able to work or travel and can't until they're applications are completed.
  15. Also never included photos, we`ll see how it turns out.
  16. What's the wording? If still in doubt contact Disney cruise line
  17. Let's face it, what USCIS really should be doing is sending us actual conditional gcs with a new expiry date for 48 months from now. It's stupid to have to carry a letter around with you.
  18. Without having to trawl back through this thread, were those approved without interview do you know?
  19. I think its safe to assume the USCIS officers have come across these type of documents before and know what theyre looking for without guidance.
