  1. Mine arrived about a week after this notification, you might see some more updates over the next few days from USCIS
  2. I sent one statement for every 3 months for bank accounts and bills etc I mentioned in my cover letter to USCIS I have every month statement if they wish to see but didn't want to overwhelm them with excess amounts of evidence. I was approved with no RFE, no interview.
  3. But also note, we were married over 2 years at time of divorce and I had a good amount of bonafide evidence and I can't imagine there would be other red flags to my case that I can think of. There could be other reasons her lawyer is guiding her the way they are. No two divorces are gonna be the same in USCIS eyes, but yeah it's possible for it to go smoothly as I'm evidence of.
  4. Not really, fell into same timeline as other non divorce filers and didn't get asked for any RFE or another interview (had one at 485 stage when still married)
  5. Update, got approved with a divorce waiver today! So glad this part of the journey is finally over!
  6. For those still waiting, it appears they're completing those filed late November 2022
  7. It doesn't mean too much, they did this to a bunch of us a few months ago and we're still waiting.
  8. Potomac has just started processing and finalizing October 2022 751s
  9. They're hitting late August- start of September now, so we're getting there!
  10. Might this be a possible downside of "skipping" completing the 751 process before a naturalization interview? At least the 10 year GC would be a fallback option if a mistake was made?
  11. Hopefully it means it's part of the next batch of applications to be reviewed
  12. Received update to inform me biometrics are being reused, haven't filed an n400 fwiw
  13. - yes you'll get the 48 month extension letter once your i751 form has been checked over to see if it's been filled in correctly. - once you have a 10 green card you are a permanent resident, so even if your green card expires your permanent resident status remains ie it's not tied to the 10 year expiration date on the card. - I think that's what you might have read about regarding the green card expiry is not a problem. Just to be clear for a conditional 2 year card the date on the card very much does matter and the i751 application must be sent in.
  14. Yup they really put a dent in it the past few weeks, going at approx 400+ a week, still about 20,000 pending though but at this rate that'll clear reasonably soon!
  15. I have a theory that some officers are not authorized to sign off and give the final approval, they can take the interview, gather the facts but then a superior has to sign off on it. This kinda stuff happened at the AOS stage too where applicants seemed to have great interviews but were left with their cases remaining pending where others got approved at the interview itself, so luck of the draw if your interviewer has the necessary credentials. So if correct, hopefully its just a case of waiting for the official procedures to kick in.
  16. They've been busy there this week, got quite a lot of cases approved, hope that keeps up for us waiting!!
  17. Once your N400 gets to the interview stage then you're very much in a different queue than people only waiting on a i751.
  18. Maybe spend some time focusing on what counts as evidence, you may have more than you think. Texts, photos, bank statements, leases/ mortgages, any bill that has both you names.
  19. At this point I'm wondering what you aren't telling us, why are you so certain you will be deported? Can you not meet the low threshold of entering into the marriage in good faith? Do you not have any evidence of your time married? Something seems off here
