So i just started my full time job and want to file a K1 visa for my fiance in the Philippines, will that make any problem with the affidavit of support and denied the visa? Or do i have to work couple more years to file a petition or couple months is enough to show your income?
I really need help. Thank you.

But the probleme is he is not in the BC because i gave birth in the US and i cant put his name because he need to be here personally to sign the BC but he wasnt here in that time thats why he is not in the BC of our child.

Will there be no problem if i list it or not?
But listed on the birth cert or not, he IS still the father of the child. It just asks you to list ALL your children. It does not ask you to provide a birth certificate, or prove the child is yours. And a child being listed on the I-129F does not mean they will be applying for a visa.
I would list the child as his, and continue to list the child as being both of yours throughout the entire immigration process through all forms, such as AOS and ROC, etc. And the OP may want to look into having the birth certificate amended to add the father's name.

And for the income? Do i count just my income or everyone's income who lives with me? Cuz i still live with my parents.
Where is the child, Phils or USA? You are the fiancee USC filing for your fiance Filipino correct? If the child is in the USA with you then no you do not list the child on the I-129F.
For the I-129F petition there are no income requirements, that will come later at the embassy.

As for income requirements, it is 125% on the poverty guidelines. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf If your income does not meet that requirement you will need a co-sponsor; close family are best when doing the K-1 as USEM can be very picky (parents, siblings)
Even if he wasnt in the BC of the child?
If the child is the foreign fiance's, then YES, you list the child as his on the I-129F. It asks you to list ALL children of the alien fiance(e). It does not matter where the child lives.

No, My kid is also his Kid. Because when i gave birth to my daughter my fiance was not here in the US and he's never been here. So do i still write down our baby's name under my fiance's child name?

I am 21 years old and planning to file a K-1 Visa for my Fiance in the Philippines. I just have two questions. We have one baby and she is 1 year and 7 months old and she was born her in the US. In the I-129 application its asking to list down my beneficiary's kids. so do i write down our daughter's name in the application? but my fiance name was not in our baby's birth certificate? and the other question is i will be starting a full time job and is the income for full time job enough to be approve or do i need to find another job and for the support of affidavit do i need to put down my parents annual income because i sill live with them? will this be a problem with the application? Thats all thank you.

Does it matter how long youve been working or as long as you reach the proverty guideline for the income?
