Hi Guys,

So I called on February 1 and the agent put a request to see whats the status of my RFE. It was only assigned to an agent on 2/7/17 and saw that the agent responded that my case was not assigned to anyone yet. I'm so disappointment right now.

Im losing hope with this system, been almost 8 now weeks since I sent my RFE package and no update.

Any updates on the people waiting for a response to their RFE's? I guess they will take the entire 6 weeks to give an update

I mailed the additional documentation overnight to Vermont last week Tuesday, they received and signed for it on Wednesday 11 am. Had to go to the local office to get the I551 stamp for work authorization . Any ways they better not come back to me and say i gave them one bank statement (I gave them entire year) as well as tax return with no filing status and best one I copied the car lease and they said it had no signatures. Now I gave them a nice response listing what I've provided. I have highlighted and used post it stamps to indicate joint names as well as joint signatures. Over 300 pages, so now they cant come back and say I didnt give enough information. I really hope they review the info and issue the green card so that i can apply for citizenship. Got my letter in the mail yesterday RFE... Dated September 23, odd bc I called at 5pm and was told my case was not reviewed yet. Anyways they listed a bunch of items that were in accurate ... I sent my 2013, 2014 tax returns and it says my returns don't show filing status... So disgartning after waiting so long. I'm in a tough situation, I closed the joint account bc we don't use it and we pay $12 a month to keep it open, my husband has his own retail store therefore our credit cards and bank accounts are separate... Don't have kids due to health issues, we do have a dog... Going to get a few affidavits from friends and families on both sides... We have been together for over 7 years and married for over 3.... This is not a good week

I am starting to think I am going to be in the same situation as Meowmie. My husband has his own business, therefore we have separate bank accounts. The joint account we had together had little transactions (closed the joint account recently because it cost $10/month). We did not have the big wedding we wanted because of family members being ill, life and work. Only items I sent were the condo lease, 3 cars (2 leased, 1 financed) in both our names, car insurance, my husband on my health insurance plan... would have to look what else I sent. But now I am really worried... took them forever to get to the October 2015 filers, I cant imagine them requesting additional information, how long it will take them to review that?

Its funny how quick they cashed the checks compared to how long it took them to review and process October 2015 filers... At this point I am going to expect the worst and hope for the best.

I am just curious, all the people who got approved, did you go through a lawyer or just did it yourself.

Anyways congrats to those who have received the good news and fingers crossed for those who are still waiting to hear/have to submit additional documentation.

Congrats to all those who have been approved. My NOA was 10/26/2015... I have recently moved and changed my address with USCIS. Im just concerned that its going to cause issues/delay. I have not heard anything as of yet besides confirmation of my address being changed.

Has anyone changed there address in the last 4 or 5 months? Have you had any issues?
