After 2 days that my online case status changed to card being produce now i received the NOA sayiing Congartulations! And wait for the card within 60 days. So Goodluck to the rest and thank you for sharing all your experience.😀

Just got an email from uscis that my case is being adjudicated and wait for 45 days.  talked to them last week about my case being outside normal processing time. Oh well still waiting.😀✌️

There's two kind of receipt no. Put the other one. Check you bio app. You'll see there's 2 receipt no.

No i dont think so. Im june7 still nothing, just called them talked to tier 2 and officer said wait for two weeks more and give them a call if i still dont hear from uscis😬

Don't worry same here my noa is today june 7 still nothing though i already have my stamp in my passport and used it flying back here sat from vacation. Hope for the best. Goodluck to us.😀

I I've said before in this threads getting a stamp depends on the officer. The first time i tried was march the officer declined my request the second time april had no issue getting a stamp officer didn't even asked much i just told her my husband and I will be leaving for vacay and be back by 1st week of june which is few days before my noa expired 

Ahh been there worrying if I'll get a stamp. First tme i went for stamp is march the officer said its too early so she didn't give me the second time this april officer was so nice didn't asked me much just check my noa and told her im leaving for vacation and she stamped my passport right away. I understand the worries especially the dates of noa is too clos there's a lot of what if?

i was able to get a stamp in my passport to lessen our worries, you have to try to check their web around midnight to get infopass.

went to uscis march for stamped coz my husband and i will be travelling this week unfortunately the agent didn't give me a stamp so i tried to get another infopass again this april fortunately the agent didn't asked much i just told her my husband and i will be travelling this april and she looked at my noa and thats it! Gave me stamped 😀

What if the USC spouse cant read english well? Coz part 9 is only applicable for part 7 the petetioner
