    @Suss&Camm I will keep everyone updated.. my lawyer sent over my file again to the consule in Mexico and a letter to Washington to get this resolved. He says worst come to worst, he will take my case to federal court...

      I'm glad he will fight this for you - if there's anything he can do other than the i601 is beyond me, but I hope so for you and your family's sake.

      Thank you. He said when we file everything that the visa center only requested for the i601(a) and that I didn't need the i601.  My lawyer did both my criminal case and my immigration case. That's why he keep telling me I don't need the i601. So I hoping he is right
