I have my original Certificate of Naturalization. Along with it I received a signed USCIS Form N-662, Petition for Name Change.
Now I need a name change document with an apostille, so it can be used in India.
what apostille service have you used or the process you followed to get the name change petition apostilled? Google search lists various websites, but I am not sure which one of those is reliable?
My understanding of the process is -
1. get a certified copy of the petition of name change from the US District court.
2. Department of Justice authentication of the certified copy.
3. Department of State to get the apostille.
