I am married to a US citizen and I am currently in the US with him. I was an international student in Canada, graduated and was on work permit. Got married July of 2015 at the court house, stayed till dec before we both left for the traditional wedding in Nigeria in Dec, came back to the US on the 23rd of Dec. All on Visitor's visa. Due to surgery I had in feb, we didn't send file till the end of march.
I am new to the forum. After browsing I found out that I did not get a NOA for form i-130. I did for my other forms i-765 and i-485.
March 24: Mailed all documents form i-130, i-485 and i-765.
April 1: Got NOA for both i-485 and i-765.
April 9: Got notice for biometrics for form i-485
April 28th : Did biometrics
So far I haven't gotten any updates yet. What should we do? My case status for the other two forms was updated on April 4 and 6th. Saying application received.
