  1. You are married, correct? I would just keep proof of having mailed the I-485. No real need to worry at this point, imo. Good luck.
  2. ***Moved to the Philippines regional forum as that is consulate specific****
  3. ***Comment edited to remove attachments containing personal information***
  4. I see what you mean. I'm not sure how that happened. Fixed the missing link.....Thanks for the heads up.
  5. I merged a new topic from @Cholte cholte (posted in the Canada forum) into this existing thread (Part 3).
  6. I wouldn't bother. They are not required, and personal affidavits are weak evidence. I would concentrate on quality over quantity.

  8. I would contact my Congressperson's office to ask then to inquire. If you need proof of status, call USCIS and say "infopass" at the prompts. You can get an ADIT stamp to then show as evidence of status.
  9. New I-130s, new fees, new category (IR-5). You can't transfer.
  10. The Visa Journey average from filing to Advance Parole approval is 131-136 days. Sample size is 117 records. It could take as long as 6 months.
  11. Only if she receives an approved Advance Parole Document approved before leaving. Leaving prior to approval will void her adjustment. The chances are not good for approval within 90 days of filing.
  12. Take a look at my profile. My wife is a native Taiwanese.
  13. From what status is your change...and to what status?
  14. ***Comment split to new topic. Zombie thread closed***
  15. Being retired Military didn't help me...LOL.
  16. $50 difference for I-130s filed online, too.
  17. Wife's Naturalization Certificate picture appears to have come from her 2019 (I-751) biometrics appointment.
  18. The Great state of Texas....Dallas is our local office.
  19. Not sure that the process is shorter, but filing online is easy and convenient. Just answer questions and upload documents. Receive receipt immediately. Wife was a citizen in slightly more than 5 months after filing.
