  1. No, that is not the case for petition processing. I-129fs go to the California Service Center while I-130s go to a particular service center based on USCIS workload and internal processes. They are not assigned based on geographical locations.
  2. **Moved to Adjustment of Status From Work, Student, and Tourist Visas***
  3. No derivatives for Immediate relatives of US citizens. Where are they right now?
  4. I found out exactly 2 days prior to my wife's N-400 interview that we would have a combo interview. But, of course, I had been planning on a combo interview the entire time.
  5. I would not stay for the full time allowed. Short visits are better. If CBP even thinks the OP is trying to live in the US on VWP, some very negative consequences can occur.
  6. ***Locked for review*** ***This topic will remain locked to preclude further TOS violations. Members of Visa Journey will not:** Condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, others on how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method"
  7. Be aware that you must also have filed US taxes for the last 3 years (if you had income above the threshold). You must also prove that you either live in the US or that you have made concrete plans to do so. As stated, your children can visit the US via VWP, but they cannot live in the US or attend school without a proper visa.
  8. ****I moved this topic to the Europe and Eurasia regional forum***
  9. I would file an N-400 (if you qualify) before filing a WOM. I have seen only one or two I-751s processed within 90 days....and those were used to boost USCIS numbers.
  10. Some members don't realize the guides are there. I was just letting you know that there is a lot of good, basic info there. Good luck on your journey. Everyone is here to help.
  11. Perhaps studying the VJ guide below would be helpful/ The immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and a significant amount of money. Good luck.
  12. I think getting an ADIT stamp would be ideal. But, I doubt she can get an infopass appointment in time. That's why I suggested taking those documents.
