  1. Yes, imo. The last 5 times you touched US soil.
  2. Yes.
  3. In the military (20 years), my motto was "over-prepared means fully-prepared". Why leave it up for question? The US government wants to ensure the petitioner/sponsor can provide adequate financial support for the new immigrant after arriving in the US. Support comes income generated over the following year (current annual income) after entry, regardless of what the petitioner/sponsor earned last year. What if I made $300,000 last year, but since filing my taxes, my income has dropped to $15000? My tax forms do not reflect my current income. That's my rationale for including current income evidence.
  4. Don't forget that sponsors must also provide evidence of CURRENT annual income. Tax returns, transcripts, and W-2s are evidence of past income....not current income. Some examples of current income evidence include pay stubs, employment letters, award/benefit letters, etc. which show what the sponsor is likely to receive over the next 12 months.

  6. You don't need any of that stuff if you are re-entering via a Green Card. You are overthinking this. You need only your passport and Green Card.
  7. Passport stamps and boarding passes are the best, imo. Itineraries indicate plans, not what travel was actually done.
  8. I just did a Google search of "ABC Whistleblower".......This is what I got at the top.

  10. I thought she visited there. I would not have listed it as a residence. Even so, a police certificate would not be required even if she lived there less than 12 months.
  11. Why was that required? Sounds like the DS-260 indicates she lives there....or lived there.
  12. Was she pulled into secondary inspection?
  13. "To hear Harris during the debate, she's a pro-fracking, gun toting, Israel-loving, border-enforcing, capitalist patriot.." Excellent synopsis of Kamal's debate performance.....non-answers and lies. This guy gets it.
  14. The only clerical error which would matter is one which takes place at USCIS after entry into the US. and you have no control in preventing that. Worrying is of no value.

  16. I don't think you will get an IL from NVC. I think you will receive instructions from the consulate. Please update when you get either. Thanks.
  17. Not necessarily. The OP did not indicate that they intended to adjust status when they entered. Intent was already determined at POE. Unless there was deliberate misrepresentation, I don't see an issue. There is no issue for someone to enter the US after marriage to a US citizen. However, entering as a visitor with intent to stay and adjust would be fraud.
  18. After rereading the OP, I think you have a good point.
  19. Are you and your fiance first cousins? Are you the US citizen?
  20. It doesn't matter if it changes or not. It doesn't even matter if the CBP officer stamps "CR-1" in the passport at POE. The 2 year vs 10 year card will be determined by USCIS using your marriage certificate and entry date.
  21. If true, someone at ABC should be prosecuted for election interference.
