  1. I just created a new topic from a question in this thread. It broadens the number of viewers.
  2. Spam...or premature. The official USCIS I-129f page does not give that option: Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) | USCIS The I-129f is also NOT included in the official list of online USCIS forms: Forms Available to File Online | USCIS Your example was for your I-130. No one has ever filed an online I-129F. Maybe the option will come soon.
  3. if the case was already sent from NVC to the wrong consulate, you must contact the CORRRECT consulate and ask them to initiate a transfer. You can also contact the incorrect consulate and inform them.
  4. Has the case already been sent to AIT (American Institute in Taiwan)? or is it still at NVC?
  5. The OP's zip code is not a serious issue at all. It's a very small typo on the marriage certificate.
  6. The correct answers are NO. US citizens do not immigrate to the US.
  7. This topic concerns the I-129f which CANNOT be submitted online. Please don't confuse the issue.
  8. "Collections" agencies would cost a lot of money. The administrative costs of a billing system would be prohibitive, imho. The IRS is taxpayer funded. USCIS is fee-funded.
  9. You do not want to have 2 petitions floating around in the system. Patience is the key throughout the entire immigration journey.
  10. I wonder where the money to convert USCIS forms comes from......fees?
  11. Just wait. The I-751 can't be done online, either....and it will require a great deal more paper......a GREAT deal more. I have found it is best to just jump through the hoops rather than letting them frustrate you. Good luck on your journey. It will be quite a ride.
  12. How would you do that without a receipt number?
  13. If the package was delivered, you are fine. Sometimes, it takes several weeks to receive the receipt.
  14. What was reported on past tax forms is not important. CURRENT annual income is king. Becoming an "A student" of the I-864 instructions will help. Good luck.
  15. ***Moved to Removing Conditions on Residency forum***
  16. Yes. I would suggest waiting a couple days after the 90 day window opens to file online....once you are 100% certain the window is open.
  17. Our I-751 had been pending for 40 months, so wife submitted her N-400. Four months later both the I-751 and N-400 were approved in the combo interview. 1. We requested a combo interview when wife submitted her N-400 (not recently). 2. Online. It was very easy. Immediately received receipt notice and biometrics reuse notice. 3. I uploaded this letter in Additional Evidence area along with tax transcripts. Wife's Name Our Home Address August 7, 2022 US Citizenship & Immigration Services P.O. Box 25920 Overland, KS 66225 Dear USCIS Officer Please consider this letter as an official request for a combination I-751/N-400 interview or waiver of the I-751 interview. We submitted my joint I-751 petition in March of 2019. My biometrics was completed in May of 2019. The status of my I-751, case number MSCXXXXXX has been “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” since May 2019. I have received no RFEs or requests of any kind. Sincerely, Wife's Name 4. Some people include a copy of their I-751 receipt notice. I did not. However, you can see I referenced the case number in the request letter. Did the letter work? Well, 2 days prior to wife's N-400 interview, we received an email from the local office instructing me to to be there for a combo interview.
  18. This guide is pretty good. I would wait a couple days after the 90 day window opens:
  19. Is this applicable to visas? You are referencing a USCIS policy. The policy update letter you referenced does not mention 6 months or visas.
