  2. Not applicable. You can enter the US on a Green Card until the day of expiration.....you can even board a plane back to the US with an expired 10 year card. ***Moved to Working and Traveling During US Immigration***

  4. I would go back the entire 3 years. Since you are expecting a combo interview, at minimum, you should provide evidence from the time of your I-751 submission. That is what our officer wanted specifically.

  6. Thanks for the info. My wife suspected that the computer was selecting the questions during her interview. Congratulations!!!! It is a great feeling to be free from USCIS!!
  7. My hometown, in southern Arkansas, was struck in 1949 by a tornado which killed 56 people. But, we all know the facts have to fit their agenda.
  8. Well done!!! Congratulations!!! Go get that passport!!!!
  9. Uploading an updated I-864 is not going to cause confusion.....nor will it change the DQ date. You will need to provide latest tax returns, so why not just upload & provide an updated (and better) I-864 at the interview?

  12. Interesting.. That is outside my area of knowledge.
  13. Ever seen one of these waivers approved? I have not. You need to meet before filing an I-129f.
  14. My understanding is that consulates release available appointments to NVC once a month. Timing is probably consulate specific. "Available" slots are probably non-immigrant visas and expedites.
  15. 1. Case is DQ'd by NVC. 2. Case then enters NVC queue for your consulate and waits at NVC. 3. Consulate informs NVC of available interview date for upcoming month. 4. NVC schedules interviews for cases at the front of the line. 5. NVC schedules your interview when your case reaches the front of the queue for that consulate. 6. NVC notifies person of interview date via email. 7. NVC then sends case to consulate. After the interview is scheduled, it can take several days to several weeks for the consulate to receive the case.
  16. Where did he hear this? This is a new one to me. How could exiting the US possibly erase his work history?
  17. Thanks for clarifying the situation. The title of this thread indicates something different. Good luck.
  18. I just created a new topic from a question in this thread. It broadens the number of viewers.
